It really wasn't too hard and definitely makes getting back into a healthy eating plan easy. I was able to enjoy several delicious shakes each day, some hot green tea, a little hot veggie broth seasoned with a variety of herbs, some veggies and hummus, a little fruit and some nice salads.
It takes a little mind control and please listen to the instructions regarding only doing light workouts. I did Country Heat the first morning and the 2nd morning I had zero energy so I didn't do a workout. I wanted my body to fully benefit from the refresh.
On day 3 I woke up with enough energy for a Country Heat workout and felt great after completing it.
I'm grateful to have this option in my life. I plan to do a refresh each time I return from vacation. It really brings you right back to where you were before vacation and makes it easy to get back on track.
