When I first heard about the program I was intrigued, but I'm NOT a dancer.
I would love to be a dancer, but I'm one of those who were born with 2 left feet.
How much do you love getting up first thing in the morning and getting your cardio in? Jumping on that treadmill at the crack of dawn and putting in a few miles? Ya, me neither!! For the first time in my life I'm actually excited to do my morning workout. I absolutely love it!
Country Heat is a high-energy, low-impact, workout that will have you moving and sweating by the end of the 30 minutes it takes to do a routine.
I seriously can't dance! Is this program for me?
