I will document my 3 Day Refresh here for those who are interested. The guide does suggest you limit your exercise to something mild or moderate...this will allow the 3 Day Refresh to utilize your energy more effectively to help clean up your system. This morning I did Country Swing from Country Heat and will plan to do the same routine for the next 2 mornings. It's one of the most basic in the program and puts me in a good mood first thing in the morning.
I'm about halfway through the first day and I'm feeling pretty good. I wasn't a huge fan of the fiber drink, but it was probably the best I've had in comparison to what's out there. Who can really say they like a fiber drink? Other than that, everything has been great so far. I already love my Shakeology, so I enjoyed having that after my morning workout as usual. The Vanilla Fresh shake provided in the kit is quite good with 1/2 a banana.There is nothing "weird" and you get to enjoy some fresh produce and a little healthy fat each day as well as 2 cups of hot green tea if you wish.
I scheduled a hair appointment for myself later today...just something to help me feel good and help keep me motivated.
